Monthly yoga workshops in my home studio:
Explore and deepen your understanding of classical asanas and pranayama in more depth through this 3 hours workshop. That is taking the body through its entire range of motion; the different categories include: standing, twists, backward extensions, forwards extensions, seated, abdominal and inversions; some with the use of ropes. The cherry on top of the cake is a set of restorative, supported asanas and some exploration of pranayama.
In addition, learn more about Yoga philosophy in a very friendly user way and explore some of the basics yet fascinating principles of anatomy and physiology and how they apply to our yoga practice.
These workshops sell very fast (maximum capacity 10 people) so book early to avoid disappointment

Following government guidance, all yoga workshops have been postponed until further notice.
T&C: I run a two weeks cancellation policy. If you need to cancel it has to be done two weeks prior to the workshop so it does not count as no show.
Yoga workshop with Diana Penny at the Tooting Iyengar studio: Sunday 15th of November (11.00-14.00)
Diana and I are delighted to be co-teaching this workshop at the IYST. Workshops are longer than a normal class and are a great way to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. We like to include some philosophy of yoga and/or anatomy in our workshops in a very user-friendly way. All bookings are done through the Tooting Iyengar Yoga Studio
