Following COVID-19 government guidelines, we have no scheduled sessions at the moment.

Kirtan (“Kir” means “calm” and tan means “body/mind”) is a powerful form of meditation that involves music, mantras and sound vibrations in a group setting supporting and creating community. It is a beautiful practice that helps us to connect to our true and inner Self and to our heart, our big and beautiful heart! From that place, we can connect to the power of our own wisdom and are able to make better and more conscious choices in our lives.

I host these monthly Kirtan sessions in my home studio in Wimbledon/Merton Park, that Marina and Tim lead. They both create a loving, and supportive space for each and every voice to rise and shine!
