Monthly yoga workshops:



Explore sets of asanas and pranayama in more depth through this workshop.   Deepen your practice of certain classical asanas, that is taking the body through its entire range of motion. The different categories include: standing, twists, backward extensions, forwards extensions, seated, abdominal, inversions, recuperative and pranayama; some with the use of ropes. In addition, learn more about Patanjali’s yoga philosophy in a very friendly user way and explore some of the basics yet fascinating principles of anatomy and physiology and how they apply to our yoga practice.

These workshops sell very fast so book early to avoid disappointment.

Restorative yoga workshop: Sunday 25 of March

At the end of term approaches, come and relax deeply while you replenish your energy through this supporting sequence.

The sequence uses props to make the practice effortless, giving plenty of time for your physical body and your mind to relax profoundly.  Breathing techniques that help to steady the mind will be explored.

A wonderful antidote for all stress-related conditions, including adrenal fatigue and postnatal exhaustion! All abilities and ages including beginners are welcome.

Come and join Diana Penny and me for our 6th consecutive year at Onuncu Koy is a beautifully situated hotel in the sleepy seaside village of Adrasan a 90-minute drive from Antalya airport on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast. With spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the sea, this is an ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in a week of yoga.

It is about 20 minutes walk from the picturesque Adrasan beach and features a stylish swimming pool, peaceful gardens with lots of places to relax, and a rooftop eating area with stunning views.
